We take great care that each item is correctly described, authentic, not damaged or misrepresented in any way.

 

If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us an eBay message through so we can serve you better.

 

Attention: Please avoid submitting return request through eBay before contacting us to prevent the delay in providing a refund, because once the return request is submitted, PayPal will freeze the payment and hold it from letting us refund it back to the buyer before a slow and endless eBay return procedure. 

 

 

Please read below for an overview of our Return Policy.

 

For customer "Change Their Mind" and wish to return the item they have received:

 

  • Need to notify us within 14 days of receiving the item
  • The item must not be opened or damaged (We acknowledge the external box may have been opened for visual inspection, but nothing else must be opened or used)
  • Lectory Pty Ltd is not responsible for the "Buyer Changed Their Mind" return shipping cost, which means, buyer needs to take care of the return action themselves
  • 5% of the total payment will be deducted from the returned payment for dispatching charge

 

For defective item within the warranty period, which is usually 30 days unless otherwise stated the return will be processed under lectory eBay store return procedure:

 

  1. Sent us a message with description of the issue and clear pictures, ( if photo is necessary to prove that the item is faulty)
  2. Once the item is confirmed to be defective, we will arrange a courier pick up and the postage label will be sent out to customer's Email address ( if the item is shipped through Auspost E-parcel, please find the E-parcel sticker on the original package and mark " Return to Sender" then drop it to the nearest post office)
  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will provide replacement or refund according to customer's request after an inspection on returned item.

 

Defective Returns on all products within 14 days of receipt:

  • If an item fails to work properly within the first 14 days of receipt, please email or call us.
  • We will process a partial refund for the returned postage fee.
  • Once the item is received we will determine if it can be repaired or needs replacement.
  • Please note that the item must be packaged properly for shipping to avoid damage.
  • Items received in damaged condition, smashed or modified in any way will void the warranty.

Defective Returns on all products after 14 days of receipt:

  • The customer is responsible for the return postage fee.
