Lectory is purely based online, our Sydney warehouse is open to the public for order pick up only on appointment.

Direct Deposit & Bpay are also accepted for offline payment options.
Our online payments are processed using Stripe which is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1.

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only with the subsidiaries Lectory Pty Ltd controls and as described below.
Shipping & Delivery
Most of the products within Auspost’s parcel size limit will be calculated by an online shipping calculator.
We charge $59.95 flat shipping per order for products under the seating category, and a $149 flat rate shipping for Dressing tables and Storage units.
Lectory also offers free shipping for orders over $499 of non-furniture items.
For delivery service carried by Auspost, delivery might take 2-10 business days to arrive depending on the customer’s location.
The delivery service carried by a Courier is approximately 1-4 to NSW Suburbs and Metro Cities, it might take up to 20 working days for regional suburbs across the states.
Most of the courier services offer “Authority to Leave” as a delivery option, if the property is unattended during delivery, the driver will leave the item at a safe place near the entrance or under shade if you wish to allow “Authority to Leave” please leave a short note under “delivery instruction” at the checkout page.
All of the products sold from Lectory will be shipped from Australia address, most of the in-stock products will be shipped from our Sydney warehouse located in Lidcombe, drop shipped products will be shipped from the partner’s warehouse located in Melbourne.
Return & Refund
If the item is found damaged once unwrapped or unpacked from the box, we will replace the item with brand new items without any charge.
If you received the wrong product, please contact us ASAP, we will retrieve the wrong product and resend the right product to you at our own cost.
We offer a 30 days return and refund policy, if you are not happy with the product, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving the product to arrange a return and refund. A restocking fee may apply for Change In Mind returns. Please check our return policy for more detail.
