Return Policy
We take great care that each item is correctly described, authentic, not damaged or misrepresented in any way.
If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email through Support@lectory.com.au so we can serve you better.
For customer "Change Their Mind" and wish to return the item they have received:
Notify us ASAP within 30 days of receiving the item.
The item must not be opened or damaged (We acknowledge the external box may have been opened for visual inspection, but nothing else must be opened or used).
Lectory Pty Ltd is not responsible for the "Buyer Changed Their Mind" return shipping cost, which means, the buyer needs to take care of the return action themselves.
5-15% of the total payment will be deducted from the returned payment for dispatching charge.
For defective item within the warranty period, which is usually 30 days unless otherwise stated the return will be processed under lectory eBay store return procedure:
Send us an email to support@lectory.com.au with a description of the issue and clear pictures, ( if a photo is necessary to prove that the item is faulty).
Once the item is confirmed to be defective, we will arrange a courier pick up and the postage label will be sent out to customer's Email address
( if the item is shipped through Auspost E-parcel, please find the E-parcel sticker on the original package and mark " Return to Sender" then drop it to the nearest post office)
Once we receive the returned item, we will provide replacement or refund according to customer's request after an inspection on the returned item.

We will process a partial refund for the returned postage fee.
Once the item is received we will determine if it can be repaired or needs replacement.
